Videos shared widely on social media this evening show the Belgian festival’s main stage ablaze less than 48 hours before it opens its gates to over 100,000 attendees. Hackney Council has revealed its first-of-a-kind nighttime strategy to foster a "safer, more inclusive" nightlife scene.
